Feedback Terminal - Smilio Action / MultiServices

Use 1: staff intervention / facility management. To alert a control center, automatically trigger staff intervention (such as maintenance, cleaning, management). Criteria can be defined by the customer directly. A magnetic sensor is built in to track time and delays interventions, and then to analyze the potential impact that these have on satisfaction level.
Use 2: real-time customer satisfaction management. Customers, passengers, visitors or employees are invited to rate a service and answer a question by pressing one 1 of 4 buttons (smileys, numbers, thumb up / thumb down). Satisfaction data may be integrated with other data, like team schedules or restaurant menus.

General Specifications

Smilio Action « MultiServices » is a system of 5 connected buttons that enable real-time interaction with your audiences.

Associated with an explaining POS material,  this survey terminal provides valuable insights into quality of your services or equipments. It can also be used to obtain responses to any types of surveys, offering a choice of 4 possible answers.

According to your use cases, the touch of a button can signal a malfunction or alert a sub-contractor that a restocking is needed, as an example. In these cases, a SMS or email alert can be configured on each button (and sent to 5 different third parties if required).

Thanks to an integrated badging device, Smilio Action is also capable to time-and-date-stamp staff interventions.

Network Connectivity

Smilio Action uses wireless communication network LoRaWAN™. It works without Wi-Fi, 3G or Ethernet (no infrastructure work required to install it).

Adaptability

With ultra-compact dimensions, Smilio Action is an easy-to-deploy solution in all types of environments, indoor or outdoor.
It can be installed on a table or a counter, fixed to a wall or any kind of vertical support.  Beware however not to position the device near an electromagnetic source or a magnet. 
Smilio Action is a hermetic (IP65) and temperature-resistant box (from -40°C to +60°C).

Autonomy

Smilio Action works with 2 batteries (AA Lithium Thionyl Chloride 3,6 Volts) with a life-time of up to 8 years (depending on the configuration). 
The keypad does not include any moving part, offering many advantages:

  • An exceptional level of durability (possibly millions of operations)
  • An easy cleaning and maintenance due to a closed system with no edge or gap between buttons and the keypad
  • A reinforced hygiene
  • An excellent sealing against projected liquids and dust (IP65)

Badging System

Our Action button Smilio Action integrates a magnetic sensor to allow your staff to state that the action required has been performed (time stamping system).

Configuration and data access

Smilio Action can be configured from remote locations via Downlink: data transmission (immediate, periodic or combined), management of blocking and timing between the button pressures.

All the collected data are freely accessible:

  • Through an API
  • Integrated with your existing CAAM and BI systems
  • Sent by email in periodic reports
  • Viewed on cloud standard or custom-made dashboards (Google Data Studio, PowerBI, Cognos, etc.)

Customization

From 200 ordered pieces, Smilio Action can be fully customized to match your own design: box color, shapes, number and color of buttons (Smileys, numbers, pictos, etc.), printing of logo, special treatments protecting against bacteria, UV rays or scratches.
