In addition to OEM/ODM services, Netvox thrives to be a smart IoT total solution provider. Our M2 End-to-End IoT system consists of cloud, gateways, REST API, 500+ end devices and apps based on Netvox proprietary protocol for various applications like smart building, energy management, home security and environmental monitoring. We have completed some new proof-of-concept applications of NB-IoT, WiFi, iBeacon and Thread as well. Our factory is ISO-9001 2015 certified. With the support from strong teams of Research and Development, Quality Control, Customer Service and Management, all of our products are designed and manufactured in-house.

Netvox Technology Co., Ltd. (“Seller”) offers a one-year limited warranty from the date Buyer receives the products. Defective products may be returned to the site designated by Seller, at Buyer’s expense, and repaired or replaced, at Seller’s expense, within 30 days after receipt of such units. Repairing costs and round trip shipping charges will apply in the event that the products returned are (a) out of warranty; (b) not supplied by Seller; or (c) free from any defects after tested by Seller for confirmation of failure.
Dead on Arrival Product (“DOA Product”) means that a product is non-operational, contains material defects, or does not operate upon delivery from Seller to Buyer. In the event that any product is found by Buyer to be Dead-on-Arrival, Buyer shall inform Seller in writing within 48 hours of the time of delivery, as displayed by the courier’s tracking system. Buyer shall return the DOA Product to Seller at Seller’s expense, and Seller shall, at its election, replace or repair such DOA Product at Seller’s sole expense. The DOA policy will not apply if Buyer fails to notify Seller within the time period set forth herein. If any products returned by Buyer under the DOA policy are found by Seller not to be defective, Buyer shall reimburse Seller for all of its reasonable costs and expenses resulting from such DOA return procedure, including, without limitation, transportation, warehousing, testing and labor costs.
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
(a) any non-factory-installed electrical/electronic components or hardware; (b) damage or defects due to alteration, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, extremes of temperature or humidity or abnormal strain; (c) accidental or intentional damage; (d) damage in shipping; (e) the repair or replacement of expendable maintenance items; (f) normal wear and tear; (g) plating on metal parts; (h) cracking or other damage to the housing; (i) any damage from accessories; (j) any products without IEEE numbers or DevEUI; or (j) any products purchased from entities other than Seller or Seller’s authorized distributors.
